Advent 2014 was a time for inter-generational Sunday school with all gathering in the fellowship hall for a" hands on" activity for all ages. During the four weeks of Advent one could witness the youngest of our church family alongside older members making nativity ornaments or advent candles. In addition, many letters were written, decorated, and addressed to our solders' serving in various countries. Lastly, a dozen fleece blankets were cut and tied to be given to cancer patients on Christmas Day.
Come grow with us on Sunday Mornings! If you are interested in a particular subject or interest of study that is currently not being offered, please share your interest with Pastor Chuck! We would love to engage you in a small group.
Pastor Chuck also leads two morning Bible studies. Tuesdays at 10 AM to noon you will find a group of men having lively discussion on Biblical issues that interest them. Thursday at 10 AM to noon, several women gather with Chuck to discuss that week's lectionary passages.
We also have a lenten Bible study currently meeting on Thursday evenings at 7 PM. They are reading and discussing Max Lucado's book, before amen The Power of a Simple Prayer. These Bible studies are open to all. Please call the church office if you are interested in attending!
